Wanting to hold a Pub or Club Party?
If you or someone you knows runs a Pub or a Club, and are looking for something to entertain your female customers, then host an Ann Summers Party.
What about advertising?
When you book with me, within 3 days you will receive a 'Party Pack'. In the 'Party Pack' you will receive:
- Invitations to hand out to your customers, friends and family
- Posters and Flyers - These are optional, if you rather do your own, thats ok, just let me know
- Catalogues and Order forms, perhaps hand these out to your Male customers/friends/family members. Or People who cannot attend. Please remember Men cannot attend the party, but can order before hand, or after.
- Details of that months Hostest Gift and Special Offers.
Where shall i advertised?
That depends if you want to spend any money and get new customers in, or if your just targeting your regular customers.
New Customers:
Local Papers
Leaflet drop.
Exsisting Customers:
You can leave leaflets/flyers around the bar area.
Leaflets on tables.
Posters on the main doors and behind the bars.
Leaflets in the ladies toilets. Perhaps on the doors or around the mirrors.
What benefits are there for hosting a party?
For hosting an Ann Summers Party, You will receive:
- If you have sales of £180, Plus an additional 2 people book parties, you will receive that months Hostess Gift.
- 10% of what the sales are: eg if the total sales are £200.00, you will receive £20.00 of your own order.
If your pub/club supports a local charity and you would like your 10% discount to go to that Charity, i will change the 10% off goods to cash. All you have to do is let me know before the party,
What can my guests expect?
At the party, yourself and guests can;
- Play a wide ranger of games with great prizes, that will get everyone in the mood and laughing. The first game is also a great ice-breaker for people who don't know one another.
- Try on the Lingerie before you buy.
- Browse the Latest Ann Summers Catalogue. The Catalogue containts a wide rander of exclusive lingerie for every tastes and size, adult toys and fun novelties items.
- There will be a raffler, with will contain Ann Summers Products
- Yourself and your customers can be assured that their Order is in complete confidence.
Payment
There are two ways to pay for orders:
- Cash on the night
- Or by Credit/Debit Card - Don't forget, anyone who pays by Credit/Debit Card will be entered into a draw where they could win their order value back.
